We accept full or partial returns on totes and boutique items.
1. Log into your Golden Tote Account
2. Select ‘Order History’ from the account menu.
3. Choose ‘Return order’.
4. Select which items you want to keep or return and view your refund amount. All partially returned items will convert from the bundled ‘tote’ price ($29/item) to the boutique price of your ‘chosen’ item(s) and $40 for each surprise item. The individual prices will be listed in your order history.
5. Include a copy of your original invoice noting which items you are returning.
Keep in mind, since Golden Tote is such a great deal, we recommend gifting or exchanging items that do not fit with family or friends. In addition, please join our Facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/goldentotetrades/ to swap, trade or sell items that do not work for you.
Where do I send my merchandise?
The Golden Tote items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items.

Am I required to provide tracking?
Golden Tote doesn’t require you provide tracking for returns but we strongly recommend it in the chance that it might get lost. If you return a tote/order and it gets lost with no tracking, Golden Tote is not responsible for refunding your items.
What are the terms of the returned items?
Every piece of merchandise should be returned within the tote along with all other original packaging. Packing list must be included. No refund will be issued if any items are missing unless discussed with customer service.
In order to receive a refund for the tote, the exact items that were received must be returned. Customers are not allowed to mix and match chosen items or surprise items from different totes. If a tote is returned with different items, we will not be able to process the return. If you are not sure which items came in your tote, please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to help you!
Merchandise and tote bag should not be worn, used, altered, or washed with all tags attached. (Any items containing make-up, body odor, animal hair etc).

CustomerShip - You provide your own shipping packaging and postage and then send your unwanted item(s) back to us within 14 days.
GoldenShip ($5.95) - For a $5.95 flat fee, we provide you with shipping postage. Applies to domestic US customers only. For any international customers, please email [email protected] to discuss possible rates on a case by case basis.
How it works: Initiate your return though your dashboard (account history). If you wish to use the GoldenShip method, please send an email to [email protected] We will charge the credit card on file for $5.95 or send a PayPal request if you’ve paid with PayPal. Once the funds are received, we’ll email you a return label.
Final Sale Golden Totes may not be returned.
If you receive an item in your tote that doesn’t fit or that you totally love, we offer a couple ways to exchange it for something else.
Exchange with Golden Tote
If you wish to exchange your item with Golden Tote, please email [email protected]. Exchanges must occur within 5 days of delivery. You can request an exchange based on fit or style. All items must be unworn and in the condition you received them in. Exchanges are based on availability so we may not be able to provide a substitute item.
You can exchange a maximum of one item from a tote. Should you find that you would want to exchange more items, we encourage trading in our Facebook group or returning the items to us.
We have two shipping options:
CustomerShip - You provide your own shipping packaging and postage and then send your unwanted item back to us within 5 days of confirming your exchange. Your replacement item will be included in your next shipment with us. Please provide tracking.
GoldenShip ($5.95) – For a flat fee of $5.95, we provide you with return packaging and postage as well as we ship out your item to you. Applies to domestic US customers only. For any international customers, please email [email protected] to discuss possible rates on a case by case basis.
How it works: We will ship out your replacement item and include a return bag and pre-paid postage. We will charge the credit card on file for $5.95 or send a PayPal request if you’ve paid with PayPal. Once the funds are received, we’ll ship the item. The exchange must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your replacement. Any non-returned items will be charged $29/item.

Golden Tote doesn’t handle any part of the transaction nor has any responsibility for any trades/sales.

What if my item arrives damaged? Or I receive the wrong item/color?
